My Friend, thanks for the reply Just Called Pay Pal they cant do anything, the time frame to open a case is close. I was trapped because I open a case first with EBay at the 37 Day, so I was not eligible for the Money Back, PayPal would not take my case because I had open it with EBay. Because I paid with PayPal my Bank does not give me any protection. Now I need the info of the seller to call the police, they just give me the name and E-mail I will try to see if I can do something with that. If you have any other Ideas let me know. Thanks
