Hi, I made booking for a hotel and have now paid twice through paypal to agoda company. both time, gives me paypal option and information entered- but after that nothing happens. no booking confirmation or payment received confirmation. I am not sure if the payment have been taken or still pending (its not showing on my paypal account either)
what should I do, is there a way I can place a "stop payment order" on paypal and just make the payment via credit card?
