non delivery of goods paid for

Has anyone bought from Furnishing Homes UK?-I bought a coffee table on June 29 and paid through paypal-I still have not received it and they do not answer my emails-anyone with similar experiences with this company?-if not do not use it although their customer reviews are 100%  positive it makes one wonder how genuine they are.
