how to contact the resolution centre if they've closed a case

I raised a 'complaint'
PP looked into it.
Said it was something I had set up as a regular payment, so my fault.
They have cancelled the monthly payment - good
BUT I want to go back to the company and ask for a refund.
So, I email PP to say no initial notification received from company and no communication now. So, PP say yes, they want to help but need to do online via their resolution service.
I can't get into my case as it is closed so no way of contacting them.
Help please!
