hi there my daughter asked me to buy her a jacket on ebay.
when she came back he had a copy of the reciept and said the payement had been recieved from the seller ...
after looking at my comm bank app. it doesnt appear she transfered enough,
and it would always be pending on my bank account and ( would lock away the funds ) as i only shop with my debit card.
i shop on ebay all the time.. i have never been able to buy something without the funds.. it wouldnt normally go through if it was, always would noramlly say theres a problem with your account....
it should be illegal to BUY ANYTHING without the funds in the account, once again PAYPAL has let me down.
