I currently have a claim with the Resolution Centre and have been asked to submit documents to substantiate. However, there is no upload feature available on my account and I cannot see how I'm supposed to do it!
I downloaded a FAX app and have sent a copy but I am in UK and the fax goes to the US. I am now concerned that my claim will be denied as I haven't submitted the required documents in time - I have until Friday 1st September.
