Transaction doesn't show in my PayPal account, payment definitely left my bank account.

Hello all,
I need to raise a dispute with Paypal regarding non receipt of goods however when I try to click on this option within the dispute screen I'm unable to select it. Not sure if this is because the transaction doesn't show in my Paypal account even though the payment was made and shows on my bank statement!
Does anyone have any suggestions how I resolve this please?

Did you pay as a guest buyer via a card without logging in to your paypal account?
