Royal Mail tracking info shows item was delivered but the buyer is claiming non receipt. Case opened on eBay and funds placed on hold one month after original transaction. Does anyone know what my options are?

Providing you are eligible for Seller Protection and you have posted the item to the correct address supplied by PayPal then you do not need to worry about this claim. Please upload the tracking information verifying delivery to the buyer and this will be reviewed by PayPal.
