Telephone charges

I was on hold for 1 hour and 10min to paypal and never even connected with an advisor and I was charged 44.00 on my phone bill this is disgusting and I need something doing

Thats odd because Paypals phone number is free within the UK.

Thats if you went to Help / Contact and used the number Paypal give you to use where it says..........
