I agreed a sale for an item on eBay with a seller regarding my interest In the sellers item. The seller sent me the invoice and then I made the payment so the seller says he'll ship the items the next day and then he told me that he was unable to list the item out of the auction and now he had bidders reaching his reserve price and now he has sold the shoe to the highest bidder on eBay but myself and the seller agreed a price In which I have paid by PayPal and now I have contacting the seller with regards to the sale of his item in me asking him what is going to happen to the item I paid on PayPal and also the payment I sent him and so far the seller has failed to reply to any of my emails and messages I sent to him regarding my money I paid for the items and if he his shipping this item to my PayPal address

Hi Ray1984uk

If you have paid for this item and have not received it you have 45 days from the purchase date to open an item not received case in paypal resolution centre

I have been trying to contact the seller via email but so far hasn't replied to my emails but basically I don't know what the seller has done with regards to the item we agreed a sale on. The seller was on auction on eBay so he had bidders that met his reserve and now he has sold the item to the highest bidder but I don't if his sending the items to me or the buyer that bid the highest so far the seller has replied to my email and hasn't told me with what happening. So I'm needing help with how to dispute this transaction

Since you haven't heard from the seller it is unlikely they will reply as the item sold on Ebay he is supposed to honour the transaction as it will affect their DSR if they dont,

All you can do really is check their feedback when you think he has dispatched this item to see if they have sold it  on Ebay.

You cannot dispute the fact you made an agreement as its against Ebays policy anyway to trade outside of Ebay so Ebay will not help you, however like I said if you have paid and think/know you arent going to receive it open an item not received case to get your money back as long as you paid for goods, remember you have 45 days
