Just after abit of advice after paying through paypal i paid 20pound through my account and they give me 20 free spins for signing up. I used them and never won anythin so i played blackjack and within 3days i won over a 100pound. So i logged back onto my account bgo.com and they took the money and said i had 3days to use it otherwise they take it. Am just wondering would i be able to open a case through paypal as i paid through paypal to there site. I have contacted bgo but it is like speaking to a brick wall the communcation is non existant any help would be great thanks.

Why? It clearly states on their site the following  >>

All bonuses and winnings from free spins are valid for 3 days. If the 35x wagering requirement is not completed in full before 3 days, any remaining funds will be forfeited.

Presumably you agreed to their terms and conditions when you joined their site?

Like i said on my previous post it wasnt there free spins or bonus it was what i won out of my own money. Therefore they shouldnt be able to take my money as it wasnt there bonus or free spins win. Of course i understand there terms and conditions wagering or not. It isnt part of there bonus when its my money. if you type in reviews on bgo you will see that there is alot of unhappy people in the same boat as me...

You can file a paypal dispute via the ''resolve a problem'' link lower left of your paypal account > put in all the info and escalate to a claim when you get that option. Paypal will then make a decision.

OR if you funded your paypal account with a credit card then you can contact your card issuer and ask them to do a chargeback for you.
