Pending payment taking too long

I live in France and am unable to telephone UK customer services using any of the phone numbers as my land line and mobile are French and immediately change to French language which I am yet to conquer. I need to speak to a UK advisor regarding a payment due to me from Viagogo which has been pending now for over 6 months which is ridiculous. I have sent emails to Paypal France, Paypal UK and Viagogo with no response.

Please can anyone give me some advice other than keep pressing the REMINDER SENT button which has had no results.
