Paid for item before Christmas but never received. Opened dispute which PayPal have opened as a claim but still haven’t received a refund? Why is it taking so long?
Once you have escalated the dispute to a claim, paypal give the seller 10 days ( 30 days for international sales normally), to provide a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to you and if they can't then paypal will review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline being met.
