I'm minus balance and getting almost positive again but its not paying back disputes?

So basically i got disputed for some reason

My account went minus balance but when im getting it better balance its not paying back so for example

I get chargebacked £100 so my account goes -£100 i get sent £100 from my friend to clear it up but now my paypal is on £0 but still asking to refund the dispute?
