I can't find my payments from this year

Hello. I can't find my payments from this year in my activity, I didn't receive my order from eBay, an order since August 2017 and I can't send a dispute for this issue. I want a refund :(. Thanks.

Go to "activity" top of your paypal page > on the right of the page under "simple / detailed" click on statements > activity export > then on the left of that page under history click on advanced > then in the drop down box under "find a transaction" you can search by email / name / date etc etc etc OR you can click on advanced instead of basic and go back year by year.

I find my payments from the last year, but anything since October, last year.

When you purchase an item on eBay but you can't find the transaction on your PayPal History, it might be that you have paid with a guest checkout. In this case you are still covered by our Buyer Protection, but you will have to contact our Customer Service to open a claim as they will have to do it on your behalf. You can call them on  0800 358 7911 from 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday; from 8am to 6.30pm Saturday and from 9am to 6.30pm Sunday.
