Hi
I use Paypal for a lot of transactions and have been scammed about 4/5 times in the last twelve months where I have had to put a dispute in, Luckily I have got my money back each time,
I am about to pay for a bike tomorrow and have a courier collect it on monday from the sellers address, if i was unlucky enough to get scammed again and he spends the money in the account can I put another dispute in?
fingers crossed it will be fine but after been scammed before I am wary and dont want it to happen again and paypal to say I have had too many disputes this year.
Thanks

When you say bike do you mean push or motor??
The reason i ask is that their is no buyer protection with paypal for motor vehicles.

OK that should be fine then.
With buyer protection, if you meet all the requirements (and its always worth skimming through that section to check), then if you file a dispute and their are no funds in the sellers paypal account and paypal find in your favour then paypal will pay you back.....that is why it is paypal buyer protection.
They then go after the seller to pay them back and put his account in negative until he does.

Or just read seller protection / send your item trackable and risk assess who you sell to.
If someone has a history of disputes then paypal does take action.
