Why not video ones self packing the items before it's sent so the buyer and Ebay and paypal can see the condition it's in.
Safe all these phoney claims
Why does paypal not wait until the item has been returned, signed for AND INSPECTED before issuing a refund?

They normally wait till you receive the item but if the item is not as described on return you have the option to appeal.
But at the end of the day its often one persons word against another.
Advice is voluntary.
