Fast Canvas Prints

I have ordered a canvas print through Fast Canvas Prints which has not been produced or delivered. The money has been taken from my Paypal account. I have tried contacting the company but with no success as the phone line leaves you on hold and then says there is no one to answer the call so leave a message. It then tells you that the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. I believe the company to be fraudulent even though I originally found the deal through KGB deals.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back through Paypal?

Thanks for your help.

Thank you for finding the contact details for Peter Toye. The more messages he receives through all possible means will hopefully help him to understand the issues. I have sent him a message through facebook as I am not on twitter and will continue to contact him until I receive a response.

Still no arrival of the canvas.
However the status did change twice yesterday... from pending, to Expedited, to Processing...
So hopefully this means something is happening!

I randomly phoned and got through to a young girl.

My order has allegedly been expidited. She assures me I am to expect it "soon". It "should" be there in "a few days, maybe a couple of weeks"?

Groupon, gumtree deals, wowchers......Never again. Too many small companies sign up to provide deals they never have the ability to deliver.

Same Here I ordered mine through KGB Deals at the beginning of December and have sent two e-mails to which I have not received a response.  I didn't even create an account when I placed the order so have no order number, not that would make a blind bit of difference reading the other posts on here.

I was going to phone but see little point and would rather not waste the cost as like all of you I don't think I would get any response anyway.

I agree this should be taken up with someone like Watchdog.  I guess when they say an 'Offer is too good to be true, it proabably is' .  Also the voucher code websites should be informed.

It makes me so angry !!!

It is clearly still going on! I ordered two prints using KGB vouchers and paypal on 4th December and 18th January. Neither print has been received and like all others I have had no success in getting through on the phone or a response to my email. I am also going to contact our local trading standards and Watchdog or the equivalent consumer programme in Wales which may take it up. I seem to remember seeing something about our being able to get the money back from our banks if we used a Visa debit to pay? That may be an option to get the money back but doesn't help when what we really want is the prints for presents!!!

While I am not convinced that my picture will be produced there appears to have been some progress on my order recently. Fast Canvas contacted me to say that the picture I had uploaded was either lost or unusable so would I resend my image. I duly did so and have since received an email changing the status of my order to "processing". I won't hold my breath. They clearly do not have the capacity to cope with the orders, no desire to actually meet their obligations within a reasonable timeframe and no customer service to speak of.

I am in exactly the same situation. Ordered on the 9th Dec using a Gumtree Group voucher. Paid and received nothing. No response to emails and a phoney number.

Has anyone had any response from them or Paypal offering any rectifications?

Why you people aren't using twitter to force this person to act is beyond me...

where are the goods I paid for?

The same message with his twitter name and hash tag will soon make other people in his lists take up and notice.

I'd be doing it hourly.

I agree with the above to constantly contact Peter Toye via twitter, hourly if possible. I am messaging via facebook daily so hopefully we will get a response shortly.
