Hello, please help me to resolve my problem with the buyer
who's account has deleted by Ebay. This person hasn't paid via
Paypal, but the icon on the item's payment details says he has paid. Ebay
contacted me to say that the payment is fake and that the guy was
deleted, so I no longer obliged to sell the phone or have any
transactions outside of Ebay, which I did. i did contact Paypal to
confirm if I haven't received my payment and they told me to avoid this
person's emails and I didn't get the money for sure.
It says in one of the Ebay policies that if the bidder's account has been
deleted, everything immediately no longer active, how come then the guy
still managed to file the open case despute over the item?????if he no
longer registered member of EBay?????I can not claim my Final Fee Credit
back now for this reason as the icon still says that the item has been
paid for????
i am not willing to pay £22 for the item that hasn't been paid
for!!!!!It is ROBBERY!!!!!and I am very **bleep** off now with everything.
All I get every single time when I write to Ebay is automated E-mails.I
need a person to reply to me!!!!!!from Ebay and Paypal!!!not a computer!!!I need
help!
This bidder keeps sending me messages claiming the item, I tell him he
hasn't paid for it and to contact Ebay or Paypal!!!!I am tired now of
it!!!!
Also, the Paypal receipts the guy sends are all going to my e-mail address that is not linked to my Paypal account, so I don't know even how in the world he could possibly pay to me....????
If my problem will not be resolved, I will not be USING EBAY and Paypal EVER AGAIN
and tell everyone not to get involved as I have to pay for something
that hasn't been sold in the first place!!!!
Regards,
Richard

To be honest, by the sound of things this guy is just sending you multiple spoof e-mails. If there was no payment then he cannot open a dispute for it. I can't really speak about eBay fees, you might want to try the eBay forums for that. If there's no payment in your PayPal account then you haven't been sent a payment. If you want to contact PayPal's customer service the UK number is 08707307191 or click on the 'contact us' page on the PayPal homepage.
