Please can someone help me deal with a bully.
The woman has harrassed me for nearly 2 weeks now. I ended my item on eBay - a Louis Vuitton bag retailing at £640. A price of £400 was agreed plus postage of £10. At the last minute she refused to pay for the postage. I re listed the bag on eBay and she went mad and sent several emails and £400 through paypal. I have posted the item and she keeps saying she hasn't got it. She has done something with paypal and I don't understand - they have stopped the £400 pound say I owe £20+ in some sort of fee?? And even though I have given her the tracking number repeatedly and a screen shot of the R.Mail page saying the item was delivered and signed for Tuesday am, she still says she hasn't got the item and has acused me of not posting it? The woman is agressive in her emails and I feel like I am dealing with someone who isn't sane. As it stands I have no money and no bag and I have no idea how to solve all of this.
