I ordered something from ASOS and when I initially tried to use PayPal the order could not be completed. I retried it and it went through fine, but when I checked my email and PayPal, both the initial 'failed' authorisation and the successful one have shown up as activity on my account. Meanwhile ASOS only has only one confirmed order. Because my PayPal charges from my bank account, the payments are still pending.
Do I dispute this with ASOS or PayPal?

Update: PayPal has authorised the successful payment but not the initial failed one. I guess that means ASOS only processed one order for now.
