Dispute raised viagogo

Hello has anyone had a successful outcome from viagogo through paypal. After you raised a dispute did paypal stop or refund deduction from card? Considering they are being taken to the high court of Australia and investigated by Australian consumer commission Id Hope paypal Australia has a duty of care for customers or some policy in place as this seems to have been occur for some time now. Feeling ripped off

I am trying, they at first have closed my case. However, they closed it before being able to upload screenshots etc to help prove my case. They first sent me an email to upload extra information but immediately then they sent the following email saying they had closed my case. I tried to call their office, but they are closed because it is a public holiday, however, I got these emails today! So I'm hoping that this has all been a mistake! How is your dispute going?

NEVER USE VIAGOGO!!!

Been totally ripped off by VIAGOGO and our 'upcoming concert dream' has turned into a nightmare!

We bought 'tickets' off VIAGOGO (Huge mistake Ive learned since) and got 2 tickets emailed to me.  They were in the WRONG NAME, WRONG SECTION, and had a cheaper price printed on them?????

I raised the issue with VIAGOGO as soon as I could after I found the error in name and nothing!

They NEVER answered one email, call attempt, online anything!

Only after I went to Department of Fair Trading and complained to them that VIAGOGO finally found my email address and sent me an email. 

Unfortunately this email said that they are an online seller, they can charge whatever they want to and the tickets can still be used _ even under WRONG name to get into concerts!!!  Try it and you will find like so many others THAT YOU CANT USE THESE TICKETS TO GET INTO CONCERTS...

VIAGOGO double sells them and you cant get in, are turned away and left with empty pockets

I am trying anything I can think of to get my money refunded but no-one can see these scammers for what they really are!!!

VIAGOGO apparently have a refund clause in their conditions but I cant find them too easily and no-one else is trying to either.

BLOCK ALL TRANSACTION FOR VIAGOGO - THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE HIGH AND DRY!!!!!!!!!
