One guy contacted me on one of the freelancing sites. He needed to do some SEO related work on his site. He agreed to pay me 20$ for the work (15$ in the beginning and 5$ after I finish). After completing the job, instead of paying my 5$ he raised a dispute for 15$ claiming he didn't receive the goods. Since I have auto withdrawl set up on my account, it is showing me negative balance in my account.
