Dispute missing post.

I had a p/p dispute with some Russian chargeback thing claiming not recieved item now my account is in minus I upped the dispute after emailing all of there customers 5 of them 4 with chargebacks that is some very unlucky Russian and now just email saying discogs have suspended there accounts because it is now 7 from 8 orders, now if that is not fraud what is ? are you assisting this fraud ? why have I not got my money back ? why take my fee's and offer me no protection ?, you obviously do not care and if not sorted soon I feel I wont be using P/P anymore, I can't phone you it will cost more than the disputed amount.

If you'd like to follow the progress of this case you can do so in the 'Resolution Centre' of your PayPal account.

 

Cases can take up to 10 days to be reviewed once all parties have responded.
