Hello, Just looking for some advice. I restored my Paypal balance last week. Yet I am still reviving letters and emails from Arvatofs who are threatening me with prison. Why has Paypal not contacted them to say this has been sorted? Thanks

Not sure how we would know the answer to that one, why not contact paypal and ask?
