Case not showing up

I have a negative balance on my PayPal due to a dispute on eBay. When I try to resolve it the case does not show up on my PayPal. Anyone know why this is?

If this is a dispute that was opened on eBay and not PayPal then it should be fully handled on eBay. eBay disputes and PayPal disputes are not the same. So I am not sure that you can access the dispute on Paypal if it was opened on eBay. But since your PayPal account is linked to your eBay account then eBay can hold money in your account causing a negative balance while the dispute is ongoing.

What is the reason you want to access the dispute in PayPal resolution center rather then eBay?
