Ive had hell with an ebayer for 6 weeks , he has now taken to accessing my paypal account
and refunding himself, he also kept the item also.
there is currently a dispute with paypal, and they are looking into it.
basically, he made violent threats and verbal threats, i made the vital
mistake of refunding him first basically.
anyway, ebay closed the orginal case he opened against me.
he was due to send the item back, but of course never did
instead kept the refund i sent him, plus my item he bought from me
so , i claim from my bank as a direct diebit guarantee,
he has somehoe cleverly got into my paypal,
and i have an email confirming that this is a fraudulent payment
and he has paid himself the money back.
this guy is a real scumbag basically and driving me mad,
can anyone give me some advice
ive cancelled my cards, changed my passwords, etc etc
can anyone give me some advice on what to do?
