problem with escalated claim

hi i ordered an item off some1 and did not receive. i asked for a refund but refused so i opened and escalated a claim with paypal. but the seller has posted a tracking number for something which states was delivered to sum1 called meredith on the 5th but i never ordered or paid for item till the 9th n i dont no how to inform paypal about that. it is not my item. someone plz help dont have long to reply

Normally paypal will check the tracking number and if it shows its not an item delivered to you then you get your refund.

 

But to be on the safe side i would call customer services and tell them.

 

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > use the call us option on the left (fees apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.


Don't forget to leave appropriate feedback to warn future buyers.

i have emailed paypal as id rather not ring them off my mobile as will end up costing more than the item itself
