If the tracking shows delivery then what is the signature on it and does the buyer recognise the signature.
It could be the siggy of a neighbour etc. Tell them to check it on the RM website.
If not then sometimes posties sign for items so check with your local post office and see if they have a postie with that name and also tell your buyer to check any outbuildings or places he could have left it.

No the buyer admitted signing for it and just said the item was not in the packet!!!! RM said special delivery is handled different to normal mail so this would be impossible for it to be missing!!! I think they are trying to get the item for free and aretrying their luck with dispute process to get a refund..... Paypal have asked them for an officail police document to state it was stolen they had 72hrs to do this and did not produce it...But..... now paypal have given them till 4th of april...

WEll case found in favour of buyer despite all the evidence I provided!!!!! How cruel is that I have lost 1,282.00 GBP thanks to Paypal's warped sense of justice!!! Media and court case looming for sure..... gotta think how to go about it first and seek legal advice........ How wrong is this....

Yeah is option to appeal if I provide tracking number ! I have already provided all this it is highlighted when I click appeal!!! THis needs sorting ASAP I can take paypal to court after speaking to my solicitor for obtaining monies by deception against myself as I followed all rules and regulations set out by paypal...... Ringing office as soon as it opens at 9am ........... I cannot claim via RM as the package was signed for and buyer will not send original package back

I would also report to the police as either it got tampered with in the post or something else is going on.
When you have the police report NUMBER add that to the appeal.

To be fair if you were the buyer and you received an empty parcel after paying over £1000 would you not want your money back.
Either way paypal cannot win if there was a problem in transit with a thief.
They found in favour of the buyer as you are the one with tracking info and can file a police report and claim with RM.
However your buyer needs to know they could be in trouble if they get rid of the packaging as that may be part of the RM investigation.
