I bought concert tickets back in October 2012 for Pink in mnachester in April2013, as you may be aware concert tickets tend to come near the time of concert, so the guy emailed the ticket confirmation for the ticketswith and I havent heard off him since November. I have been emailing but he just does not respond. Pay pal and ebay say they have 45 day policy what do I do or do I just except Ive lost £153.00 gutted.
You may still get the tickets as its a month or so till April.
But if you don't then if you funded your paypal payment with a card then you can contact your card issuer and see if they can assist you with a chargeback.

No debit card is fine, but if the tickets were under £100 then i think the bank only does it as a good will gesture so be insistent and don't take no for an answer.

Thanks for your help, just to clarify i go to into my back with the emails and receipt of payments and stuff and they should give me my money back. I also have a copy of bad feedback since been left after my transactions from someone in the same boat as me. Should Iwait till after the the concert date or go before due to it happening to someone else. Thanks again for your help.
