1 Year warranty on items

I bought an item through ebay 20th march 17, with 1 year warranty.. item has stopped working in November 17. ebay seller still online but does not responde to emails, either through ebay or email address.. what can it do.. as the item number is no longer found on ebay and it seems theres no way to file a dispute etc.. what are my options.. even paypal im finding the transaction etc,, but no way to report..

thanks for the reply,, but thats not really an option,, the item only cost £60. but was wondering if paypal had any clout to contact and hold the seller to the guarantee that they gave,,

The PayPal Buyer Protection covers for Item Not Received or in case of an Item SIgnificantly Not As Described at the moment of the delivery of the object. Unfortunately, PayPal Buyer Protections does not cover in case of Warranty issues.
