The last week the i paid $140 dls in overdrafts because i dont have funds on my bank, i understand BUT i back to my paypal accounto change the bank account and the system dont allowed me so i try change method paymento and they dont alloweme either.... soooooo this week they charge again and i going to pay another $140 dls. i called them (paypal) and the great customer services just told me...
