I purchased some headsets for my husband on Oct. 9,2009 and the money was taken out of my bank account but I never received the merchandise. . Please help.

Have you been in contact with the merchant yet?  If not, I would try getting in touch with them to see if they can provide you with an update.  If you've tried contacting them with no success I would recommend filing a claim with us (PayPal).  To file a claim you'll want to log into your PayPal account, then click the resolution center link.  From there you will see the file a claim link and that takes you through our process.
