well..A customer wasnt happy and had to send the item back...I refund it his money that was still in paypal...but..Instead of the money to come out of there and sent back,,,the money has been taking out of my checking account and I didnt have enough to cover the refund.So.They hit me with $12.50 for overdraft...why this happened...what is my next step to get reimbursed for the $12.50...thanks...
