as a seller, a few times recently people have bought things from me fraudulently and I end up paying the transaction fee on pay pal. I cannot work out how to respond to disputes - it all seems to be set up to protect the buyer and nothing for the seller. Plus I cannot contact PayPal/ebay in any way for help. Does anyone know how not to get stung paying the transaction fee for fraudulent purchases of this kind? Getting pretty desperate here and on verge of closing my ebay and pp accounts

Yes, I am trying to figure out the same thing. I cannot find where Paypal protects sellers in any way. I believed I have been conned by a buyer who has all my product now (a thousand dollars worth of my inventory) and she claimed with her bank that it was an unauthorized transaction. Paypal returned her money to her even though I have emails where she has let me know that she received her items and how much she loves everything.. I am so frustrated with Paypal right now!
