I am in the middle of a dispute with a buyer. It was originally stated by the buyer that they never receive the item even though shipment receipt was provided. Now in their new statement which is now under chargebacks the buyer is saying that the item is "damaged" or "not as described". If this is true they have in fact received this item which makes this a false claim. Also, if this is true, I have stated very clearly in my all of my auctions that none of my items are refundable, AND this item left my possession in MINT condition. The buyer did not ask for insurance to cover anything.
How is this possible, and why on earth do they get to take me for $215.00! I had to sell my furniture to be able to get my paypal account out of the red!
