i sell pretty regular on ebay and jst got a case opened against me. the buyer was really rude and threatened to ruin my selling reputation if i didnt issue him a full refund. first he said his package was damaged. then he said i damaged it and shipped it to him. he opened his case and left me terrible feedback. it was a jvc karaoke system, it has knobs that stick out way farther than the face plat, which finally in our fourth conversation he told me was broken but the box i shipped it in was not damaged at all. i asked for pics. so far i havent gotten any. ebay has held up the funds in my pay pal acct. on the ebay question forum, everybody says ebay sides with the buyer always. i think this is very wrong. ebay shouldnt have access to do what they want with MY PAYPAL ACCT. this man has left racial and realy rude feedback on other peoples feedback also. it should be up to the seler to offer a refund or work something out. i thought paypal was supposed to be secured. no one should have access to my paypal acct but me and paypal.

The seller will have to ship the item back to you at their own expense. This is typically where some disputes will stop as scammers have the item and now are debating spending more money to ship a good item back since you did not fall victim to their scam. Since you have pictures of the item before you shipped it make sure you compare it (along with serials) to the one you receive. Worse case scenario is the buyer sends you the wrong item back which you then would be able to file an interstate mail fraud claim against he/she. Trust me......that would ruin their year.

all banking ect transactions have to follow some protocol so all people are expected to have that money availible for tax purposes and or contractual obligations.when you do any money transactions you probably agree to a long list of rules regulations that do not make sense and no one reads.remember dont be pressured by buisnesses, you are one push back, your reputation is valid and can be proven in your social ,this one person can only do so much ,everyone can see if the person has any sense or not.get buyer to sign papper ect email, saying all problems names, threats ect will be stopped ,no legal, then give that person thier money back.it is going to cost you more stress and ect in real money than giving them 2 producys,i dont know how much $ so this is just a reference,if worried about in future have a form ect stating all problems will be charged to buyer legal cost, shipping, repackaging, lost items, refund policy thatthey agree on before buying,if your products are worth it you will not worry anyone with legal talk, this will get rid of all kids scammeres,if acepting checks ,have disclaimer saying will not ship for 1 week AFTER check clears[,see nigeran scam] once again all buyers want your stuff if its worth it.thi aplies for all buisnesses and buyers should read all of the same, peace
