i sell pretty regular on ebay and jst got a case opened against me. the buyer was really rude and threatened to ruin my selling reputation if i didnt issue him a full refund. first he said his package was damaged. then he said i damaged it and shipped it to him. he opened his case and left me terrible feedback. it was a jvc karaoke system, it has knobs that stick out way farther than the face plat, which finally in our fourth conversation he told me was broken but the box i shipped it in was not damaged at all. i asked for pics. so far i havent gotten any. ebay has held up the funds in my pay pal acct. on the ebay question forum, everybody says ebay sides with the buyer always. i think this is very wrong. ebay shouldnt have access to do what they want with MY PAYPAL ACCT. this man has left racial and realy rude feedback on other peoples feedback also. it should be up to the seler to offer a refund or work something out. i thought paypal was supposed to be secured. no one should have access to my paypal acct but me and paypal. ...
