My understanding is PayPal is no longer supporting pirated filesharing sites based on this article:

Yet site likes this http://babesomg.com/ which Blatantly advertise completely ripping off paysites and posting them on ORON.com (which happily accepts paypal) goes on.
Every FIleSharing SIte I can think of allows paypal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
