I understand all the situations now with Virtual purchasing and Unauthorized action. I just recently got caught in this loop-hole if you will.. and I was wondering if I could get any tips on what I should do about the items that I purchased one paid for and the other not paid for that I got from Ebay with the currency that was shown that I had on Paypal when making these purchases?

Hmm... don't you at least have the person's name that's on the PayPal account? Also, didn't that concern you when you saw that the guy was sending you 9 payments instead of just one? And you haven't stated how he categorized these payments... were they specified as gifts, payment for services rendered, payment for goods, etc.? Anyway, your best chance is to get his mailing address, and then let PayPal know that all 9 payments were for that one physical item that he purchased, and you shipped (in the empty box like I told you before), and make sure to provide the tracking number.
Other than that, the only thing that you might consider doing is taking your case to the local police. They can subponea PayPal to get full info. on the buyer and find out if it was him or someone else who bought your WoW account.

Okay, that sounds like what the e-mail from PayPal would say. What about the transaction details page when you log onto PayPal and click on the details link? No mention of a mailing address there? If not, then I suggest contacting PayPal to try and get it. Because if you don't show PayPal that you have actually sent something to this buyer's registered/confirmed PayPal mailing address, and provide a valid tracking number for it, then you will not be able to get your money back! It's as simple as that. Your only other option then would be to go to the cops to have them subpoena PayPal to find the buyer and investigate this matter further.
One bit of advice... Craiglist transactions are most successful when the deal is done face to face, and the payment is in cash. Even virtual goods can be paid for face to face with cash. Keep that in mind for future reference. Good luck to you.

Consolation prize? hah
I worked with Blizzard and they hooked me up.. they gave me 3 months free after I told them the whole story and they were able to catch a whole string and ban the accounts associated with it. Everything was reversed.. I took minimal damage if any and the guy and those associated got nailed hard.

I can't get the address, unfortunately. It is apparently "gifted" towards me and in a state that the funds were unauthorized. I wish there was a way to put a pause on funds with a period on which the buyer can revoke the cost. Due to this action I actually bought a object with the money that was in my account and instead of it being reversed with all the other money it was put on hold and I went negative in the hole with no way to pay it.
