I have a transaction listed on my PP acccount. I need to dispute it since the product never arrived.
However, when I enter the transaction number the sysem advises that the number is invalid. Yet I can see it. The transaction is for over $3000 so I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
What do I do to get this resolved if I can't dispute the transaction?
biasvoltage- Something jumps out at me looking at your transaction ID and here's your problem. The transaction ID you're trying to dispute is for an order. That's what the 'O' is there for. Normally transactions don't include that at the beginning like that. What you would need to do is find the transaction where the money was moved from your funding source to the seller.
