Do not sign up for Bill Me Later. I have never had an issue with PayPal in the 7 or 8 years I have used it. I signed up for Bill Me Later 3 days ago, and today received an email from PayPal that a donation in the amount of 1,200 dollars was sent to some Hotmail account as a donation. I had to call my bank and put a stop to the transaction in addition to filing a claim with PayPal. Stay away from Bill Me Later. I don't see anything good coming from it....
