I purchased a pink blackberry from him and when i received it, the phone was broke. He told me to send it back and he would send another or refund my money and hasn't done either one. Was always available to talk to on line and on the phone until I mailed the phone back . I know he sold some more to some other members and just wanted to see if they had any problems. I have tryed to contact numerous times everyday since sending it back but no response.Thanks
Most likely, he was nice to you until he received the phone back and noticed that it had no tracking on it - then he didn't have to be nice to you anymore ( since you couldn't win a dispute), so he stopped.
