So I bought an item orf a man who put up fake pictures of the item, filed a claim, and won the claim. Now paypal is telling me I need to pay to ship the item back if I want a refund?? So the seller scammed me, I payed to ship it here and now the seller just gets his item back and I still lose money? How does that make sense?

You didn't lose money. Once you return the item to seller with delivery confirmation, Paypal will release the money to you. So far, the money is in hold by Paypal.

No I'm saying I lose money because I have to pay to ship it back to him. He should have to pay to ship it back.
