Seller asked me to close a claim, but they emailed me only showing a refund amount for 1 of 4 items i sent back?!! is it ok to close the claim, they said they need the whole claim closed first??? Can i re-open the same claim if this happens?
My advice would be to NOT close the dispute. I am not sure what the seller is trying to pull but it is out of the ordinary. While your claim is active the seller can refund you at anytime. I would let the seller know you are not closing the claim but they can refund you anytime they wish which will automatically close the claim.
