I have a buyer whom has paid £600 into my paypal account and wants to arrange his own courier to Poland.
Although his registered Paypal address is in London.
If the item goes missing en route he will be able to do a chargeback.
He has told me he has now moved to Poland from London, I have advised him about regulations with Paypal and he thinks I am trying to get out of selling item to him.
I have also said I will put the money back into his paypal account and he can do a direct bank transfer, but it does not seem to be sinking in.
I am right in not sending the item to Poland other than the registered Paypal address ?
