I just want all to read the below what happened to me. Even after providing a letter from authorized department to PayPal still they keep on asking additional evidence requests and trying to discourage me at every point they can. Now i am realizing that this is my first mistake to have faith in them. I will not use PayPal again and i want to quit it now. The dispute system is a blind system, based upon guesses and as PayPal replying even i provided all the evidences/documents issued directly from shipping department still they are making silly requests for additional documents. As if they are joking and keep on saying that we need police report. I provided them a letter from shipping department supervisor and then customer service manager still then they just have nothing to say as a stuck caessate in tape recorder. I am living in Saudi Arabia. How can police file a case against PayPal where as the poice department even don't know what PayPal is.
Today i lost my 1860 usd in just seconds, my two years of savings that i collected peny peny to use when it requires the most. I am a student and i know with how much difficulty i collected all. I want to advise everyone and to specially students not to trust on any such Payment methods. They will not support you whatever you do. Such online systems are blind and can't see the truth. I fought a lot but no body helped me. May you will find my advise usefull in future. I am advising everyone not to use PayPal whatever the condition is. There are alternatives that are much better than them. I will upload a video and pictures soon for all of us to learn from our mistakes. Here is my story:
I went to the store in order to pick up my new macbook pro but when i opened the box i find what. instead of macbook pro 2.2 quad core there are two pieces of brick/mud blocks inside. I made a video while receiving the item on shop because i was expecting that he can do this as he already did it by providing wrong shipping address and by lying from two weeks that the shipping is under process. The case was opened previously because the seller gave me wrong tracking number and after waiting of two weeks when i opened the case on Paypal he forwarded another tracking number. From beginning he is behaving as a fraudulent seller. The picture he added on ebay for the item is the same of the macbook pro he sold before. I am trying to open the case on ebay too but it is giving me error that the seller didn't mark the item as paid. He is professional cheater as he took all steps before to know how to react. I requested many time to PayPal to allow me additional time for uploading the requested documents but they won't responded on any of my email. Another main thing is that i bought the quad core 2.2 but he put box is of i7 2.6 macbook pro in which he put all these bricks. This is unbelievable. i am shocked and can't move when i saw that. i paid him so big amount and what he did with me.
