A buyer from denmark paid for item that was set up only to ship in the usa only . So I have contacted them and told them that there is an additional shipping for Denmark. They have agreed but, I don't know how to send a new invoice. Is it possible to invoice just for the shippng charge. Could someone please advise as to what process to use.
just do a money request to their e-mail address for the amount of shipping, and put all details in the note section....that's all I would do..........otherwise you could refund the money, and send a new invoice that way.
