Hi,
Just realized that I bought an expensive electronic item that is fake. The seller clearly buys the fakes in bulk, I googled her user name and found that she buys them on a different site. Kicking myself for not doing that before clicking buy! She has not been responding to my emails. How soon can I initiate a dispute? Do I need to wait until she has shipped the fake item to me/failed to ship it, or can I start the process right away?
Thanks!

You can dispute right away. Without proof of delivery, you'll get your money back in minutes. If the seller has already shipped just refuse the item..... but there in reason to wait. You don't even need to contact the seller. Just file the dispute.
