I Made a Purchase on Ebay,Through a credit card,The ebay listing was a fraud,I have not been able to remove this purchase from my credit card,and paypal says I don,t have enough evidence ?.I have opened a resolution dispute twice.
I have received no merchandise ,how do i resolve this issue,paypal has closed this case twice.......
